本文对GH99时效型镍基合金薄板表面上曾出现的明暗相间的花纹的成因和消除途径进行了研究。结果指出,表面花纹是由一次碳化物的偏析造成的。一次碳化物集聚的地方就显示为暗区,一次碳化物没有或少有的地方就显示为亮区。碳含量愈高,一次碳化物愈多,花纹就愈严重。降低碳含量可使花纹减轻或消除。合金锭经1200℃长时间的均匀化处理,可消除合金锭中碳化物的偏析,从而可防止薄板表面花纹的产生。提高固溶处理温度。中间热处理温度或加热温度均可减轻或消除表面花纹。
