9月28日,“上海市海洋局河口海岸及近海工程技术研究中心”(以下简称“工程中心”)在上海市水利工程设计研究院有限公司(以下简称“市水利院”)挂牌成立。上海市海洋局局长张嘉毅、现代设计集团董事长严鸿华等领导为工程中心揭牌。
