为探明巴东独活种子催芽技术,以巴东独活种子为材料,研究了不同温度、光照时长、萌发床基质、浸种方法和激素条件对巴东独活种子萌发率的影响。结果表明,温度、光照时长、浸种方法和激素条件对独活种子萌发率有不同程度的影响。萌发的最适温度为20~25℃;最佳光照时间为12h/d;适宜浸种条件为在含有30mg/L IAA与30mg/L NAA的20℃水溶液中浸种12h;3种萌发基质对种子萌发率无显著性影响。该研究对有效提高巴东独活种子的发芽率,从而降低育苗过程中独活种子使用量,降低育苗成本提供指导。
In order to find out the germination technology of Alder only, we studied the effect of different temperature, light duration, germination bed matrix, soaking method and hormone on the germination rate of Alder. The results showed that the temperature, light duration, soaking methods and hormone conditions on the seed germination rate of live to varying degrees. The optimal temperature for germination was 20 ~ 25 ℃. The optimal illumination time was 12 h / d. The optimum conditions for soaking seeds were soaking in 20 ℃ aqueous solution containing 30 mg / L IAA and 30 mg / L NAA for 12 h. No significant rate of impact. This research will provide guidance for effectively increasing the germination rate of solitary living seeds, thus reducing the use of solitary living seeds and reducing the cost of raising seedlings.
