采用酸性铵盐法沉钒,研究了沉钒液中的杂质离子Cr、P、Si、Cl-、SO42-对钒沉淀的影响。结果表明:Cr浓度的增大能够显著降低钒的沉淀率,对低浓度的钒溶液影响更显著;Si对沉钒率影响较小,P对钒的沉淀率有较大影响,当P浓度大于0.1 g/L时,沉钒率在75%以下;Cl-在低浓度条件下对沉钒率影响不大,但当NaCl浓度大于100 g/L时,沉钒率低于20%;SO42-对沉钒率影响不显著。
Vanadium was precipitated by acid ammonium salt method. The effects of Cr, P, Si, Cl- and SO42- on vanadium precipitation were studied. The results show that: the increase of Cr concentration can significantly reduce the precipitation rate of vanadium, vanadium solution has a more significant effect on the low concentration; Si on the vanadium precipitation rate less, P on the precipitation rate of vanadium have a greater impact, when the P concentration is greater than Under the condition of 0.1 g / L, vanadium deposition rate is less than 75%. Cl- has little effect on vanadium deposition rate at low concentration, but vanadium deposition rate is less than 20% when NaCl concentration is more than 100 g / L.
