本文通过电刺激大鼠膈神经膈肌标本,观察了蛇毒抗栓酶(Svate)及蝮蛇粗毒等药对神经肌接点传递的影响。结果表明,蛇毒抗栓酶在大于成人临床用量50~60倍时,并无明显神经肌接点传递的阻断作用。江西产蝮毒的神经肌接点阻断作用大于浙江产蝮毒的作用。
In this study, the effects of venom antithrombotic enzyme (Svate) and crude snake venom on the transmission of neuromuscular junctions were observed by electrical stimulation of rat phrenic nerve diaphragm specimens. The results showed that the venom antithrombotic enzyme had no obvious blocking effect on the transmission of neuromuscular junctions when it was 50 to 60 times larger than the adult clinical dosage. The neuromuscular junction blocking effect of scorpion venom in Jiangxi is greater than that of scorpion venom produced in Zhejiang.
