INTRODUCTION The combination of PBG and ECGS increases the G-endurance significantly. In some pilots subjects, the abdominal pocket can cause upward and inward dilation causing discomfort or pain. This trial was designed to establish the effect of the limitations of the abdominal pocket on G-tolerance in Swedish ECGS and PBG. Methods were studied on centrifuges at the U.S. Air Force Armstrong Laboratories
