目的:探讨Vitapex糊剂在根管治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎中的效果。方法:选取200例慢性根尖周炎患儿并随机分为两组,观察组(108例)给予Vitapex糊剂充填,对照组(92例)给予氧化锌碘仿糊剂充填,比较两组治疗后1个月的充填质量、治疗前后的VAS评分及治疗后6个月的远期疗效。结果:治疗后1个月,两组患者的根管充填质量构成比比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组根管适充率高于对照组;治疗前两组VAS评分相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后1周、1个月,两组痛觉减轻且观察组痛觉感受更轻微(P<0.05)。治疗后随访6个月,观察组治疗成功104例,成功率96.3%;对照组治疗成功80例,成功率87.0%,观察组治疗成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Vitapex糊剂填充过程简易,易于填充,对乳牙根尖周炎具有较好的治疗效果,能减轻患儿牙痛,远期疗效较佳。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Vitapex paste in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis of deciduous teeth. Methods: 200 children with chronic periapical periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The observation group (108 cases) was filled with Vitapex paste, the control group (92 cases) was filled with zinc iodoform paste, and the two groups were compared Post-month filling quality, VAS score before and after treatment, and long-term efficacy after 6 months of treatment. Results: At 1 month after treatment, the quality of root canal filling between the two groups was significantly different (P <0.05), and the rate of root canal filling in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. At 1 week and 1 month after treatment, the pain relief in both groups was alleviated and the pain sensation in the observation group was less (P <0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, 104 cases were successfully treated in the observation group, with a success rate of 96.3%. In the control group, 80 cases were successfully treated, with a success rate of 87.0%. The success rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The filling process of Vitapex paste is simple and easy to fill. It has good therapeutic effect on apical periodontitis of the deciduous teeth and can relieve toothache in children with long-term curative effect.
