Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS) is a manifestation of the imbalance between the inflammatory response and the anti-inflammatory response in the body. During the course of its onset, changes in the coagulation and anticoagulation systems play a decisive role. In this study, the levels of VW, D D and C-reactive protein (CRP) in children with SIRS were measured to explore the above-mentioned features of SIRS
