本文针对地层水矿化度低的油藏研制了一种新型交联剂,该交联剂属于Cr3+体系,是在原有CL型交联剂的基础上通过加入助剂、调节剂后形成的新型交联剂。该交联剂在低矿化度(矿化度为2185mg/L,其中Ca2++Mg2+含量为41mg/L)条件下与聚合物溶液形成的交联体系具有良好的交联增粘性。在室内对该交联剂低矿化水交联体系的静态交联延缓性、体系粘弹性、剪切恢复性等性能进行了评价,试验结果表明:研制的交联剂与聚合物溶液的初始静态交联时间为5h~7h,具有缓交联性;形成体系具有良好的粘弹性;随着剪切保留率的提高,交联体系恢复率呈上升趋势,实验剪切保留率约40%时,恢复50h后,粘度恢复率为70%左右。研制的新型交联剂可用于低矿化地层水油藏实施交联聚合物驱油技术。
In this paper, a new type of cross-linking agent has been developed for reservoirs with low salinities in formation water. The cross-linking agent belongs to Cr3 + system.
