目的:根据JCI评审标准,改进中医骨伤科医院手术室护理管理,降低潜在的护理隐患,总结护理管理经验,持续改进护理质量,保障患者安全。方法:JCI评审前一年整个手术室的手术差错率,包括防止错误的手术患者和错误的手术部位、植入物的使用安全、器械准备不全、骨科手术室常用仪器使用安全,与评审后一年整个手术室差错率进行审查、分类,并进行点评和统计分析。结果:经审查,统计手术室前后一年各项观测指标的差错率,经过JCI评审后的一年,手术室各项护理差错均有较大改善,有效防范了手术室护理差错的发生,使手术室护理管理工作进入了科学管理的轨道。结论:JCI认证体系,对手术室护理差错率及应对措施均有较大改进,能及时预防或避免护理过失,持续改进护理质量。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the nursing management of operating room of Chinese orthopedic traumatology hospital according to JCI accreditation standards, to reduce potential nursing problems, to summarize nursing management experience, to continuously improve nursing quality and ensure patient safety. METHODS: JCI reviewed the operating room error rates throughout the previous year, including preventing wrong surgical patients and wrong surgical sites, safe use of implants, inadequate device preparation, safe use of common instrumentation in orthopedic operating rooms, Annual operating room error rate review, classification, and comment and statistical analysis. Results: After reviewing and counting the error rate of various observation indexes in the operating room one year after operation, all nursing errors in the operating room were greatly improved in the year after JCI accreditation, which effectively prevented the occurrence of operating room nursing errors. Operating room nursing management has entered the track of scientific management. Conclusion: The JCI certification system has greatly improved the operating room nursing error rate and response measures, which can prevent or avoid nursing negligence and improve the quality of nursing care.
