高层建筑悬空结构模板支撑体系施工技术

合肥某综合楼地上部分16层为悬空楼板结构,平面尺寸为8★8m,悬空高度为64.7m,该高层建筑如果采用传统钢管扣件满堂脚手架施工,由于施工部分超过60米,施工存在风险,以及传统施工方式对材料周转以及完工后诸多不便,固在本施工中采用悬空结构模板支撑体系进行施工,通过15层搭建钢平台,为上部平台提供支撑,取代传统满堂脚手架,并顺利完工。本文主要介绍预埋件施工,悬挑防护鹏搭建,钢平台安装,模板安装等施工技术。通过本次施工实践表明,悬空结构模板支撑体系不仅安全可靠,同时降低成本,以及劳动强度,能够更好的取得较多的经济效益。 Hefei floor of an integrated building 16 floors for the suspended floor structure, the plane size of 8 ★ 8m, dangling height of 64.7m, the high-rise buildings with traditional steel fasteners full house scaffolding construction, construction of more than 60 meters, the construction of the risk, As well as the inconvenience of material turnover and post-completion of the traditional construction methods.
