为研究表面粗糙度对成品构件性能的影响,结合高速铣削实验及金相观察,通过切削参数单因素实验,探明了铣削速度、切削深度和进给量对7055-T6态铝合金板切削力和表面粗糙度的影响规律;结合经验公式,利用Matlab7.0软件编程,建立了7055铝合金表面粗糙度预测模型。结果表明:随着铣削速度增大,切削力和表面粗糙度先增大后减小;随着切削深度和进给量的增大,切削力和表面粗糙度都随之增大;模型预测值与实验结果相差较小,表明该模型能较好地预测7055铝合金高速切削后的表面粗糙度。
In order to study the influence of surface roughness on the properties of finished products, the cutting speed, depth of cut and feed rate were investigated by single factor experiments of cutting parameters in combination with high speed milling experiments and metallographic observation. And surface roughness of the law; combined with empirical formula, the use of Matlab7.0 software programming, the establishment of a 7055 aluminum alloy surface roughness prediction model. The results show that with the increase of milling speed, the cutting force and surface roughness first increase and then decrease. With the increase of cutting depth and feed rate, the cutting force and surface roughness increase. The model predictive value The results show that the model can predict the surface roughness of 7055 aluminum alloy after high speed cutting.
