本文以企业家媒体案例为资料,对涉嫌犯罪的男性企业家与女性企业家犯罪案例进行分析、对比,得出女性企业家犯罪具有以下特点:(1)涉案女性企业家犯罪率较低;(2)女性企业家犯罪侵犯客体较单一;(3)女性企业家犯罪暴力性、破坏性较轻微,组织化程度较低;(4)女性企业家单独犯罪率较高,共同犯罪率较低。本文对进一步研究女性企业家犯罪具有一定探索性意义。
This article analyzes the crime cases of male entrepreneurs and female entrepreneurs suspected of crimes according to the media cases of entrepreneurs, and draws the conclusion that the crime of female entrepreneurs has the following characteristics: (1) the crime rate of female entrepreneurs involved is relatively low; ( 2) Women entrepreneurs have more single crimes against crime; 3) Women entrepreneurs have less criminal violence, less destructive and less organizedness; 4) Women entrepreneurs have higher crime rates alone and lower common crime rates. This article is of certain exploratory significance for the further study of the crime of female entrepreneurs.
