技术贸易壁垒作为一种新型的非关税壁垒给我国的出口贸易带来了巨大的挑战,成为我国出口贸易发展的主要障碍之一,面对其负面影响,我国应该积极采取有效措施去突破技术贸易壁垒。
As a new type of non-tariff barriers, technical trade barriers have brought great challenges to China’s export trade and become one of the main obstacles to the development of China’s export trade. In the face of its negative impact, our country should take effective measures to break through the technical trade barrier.
