负载口独立技术增加了系统的控制自由度,进、出口节流面积可独立调节。此方法与挖掘机回转液压系统的加速启动、减速制动的分段控制过程相吻合。利用系统增加的自由度进口采用计算流量反馈的控制方法控制回转平台转速,出口采用压力反馈控制方法实现回转平台的平稳制动。理论分析和Matlab/SimHydraulics仿真分析表明,利用负载口独立技术,可以提升挖掘机回转启动的快速性、降低减速制动时的压力冲击及减少反复振荡,是提升效率、启制动平稳性的有效途径之一。
