对自行研发的新型3×××铝合金熔铸成扁锭,热轧成7 mm厚的带卷,再通过三种冷轧变形量生产出0.18 mm厚度的散热器翅片用箔材。研究冷轧变形量和退火温度对箔材的组织和高温性能的影响,并通过用户对箔材钎焊件的承压能力检验,确定出新型3×××铝合金箔料最优的生产工艺和退火制度。
The new self-developed 3 ××× aluminum alloy was cast into a slab, hot-rolled to a coil of 7 mm thick, and then 0.18 mm thick fin foils were produced by three cold-rolling deformations. The effects of cold rolling deformation and annealing temperature on the microstructure and high temperature properties of the foils were studied. The optimum production process of the new 3 ××× aluminum alloy foils was determined by testing the pressure capability of the foil brazing members And annealing system.
