5月3日,朱镕基总理在我行前不久报出的《中国银行简报》第6期上做出重要批示:“请相龙同志阅。人民银行可以印发不定期简报,交流各国有商业银行贯彻3号文件的经验。”这是对中国银行工作的充分肯定。王雪冰行长鼓励并希望《中国银行简报》要“抓住典型、突出重点、注重时效。工作有成效”。现将《中国银行简报》第6期(总行信贷管理部在总行一季度经营分析会上的发言节选)予以刊发,请各行结合本单位实际情况,切实抓好各项工作。
