本文介绍了全血滤纸条法的建立,并用此法检测不同地区健康人群HFRS病毒抗体,同时检测这些地区鼠肺抗原携带情况。发现隐性感染率与家栖鼠带病毒率成正相关,而与野栖鼠带病毒率无关。
This article describes the establishment of whole blood filter paper method, and using this method for detection of HFRS virus antibodies in healthy populations in different regions, and detection of these areas of rat lung antigen carrier. It was found that the prevalence of recessive infection was positively correlated with the virulence of domestic rats, but not with the virulence of wild rats.
