近年来,云南省地税系统积极响应建设学习型社会的号召,着力打造学习型地税机关,2004年,我局在全省地税系统广泛开展了以“内强素质,外树形象”为目标的全员岗位大练兵活动。我们采取自下而上的方式,在全员学习培训的基础上,分税政、征管、稽查、计财、纪检监察五个系列,经过县、州、省三级严格选拔考试和考核,共产生了943名县级业务标兵、538名州市级业务
