目的:观察卡托普利对兔血浆t-PA和PAl-l活性水平的影响.方法:选用新西兰白兔11只,给予卡托普利0.5mg/kg,ig.用药前及用药后2h各采集静脉血1ml,采用发色底物显色法测定血浆t-PA和PAl-l活性.结果:应用卡托普利2h后血浆t-PA活性显著增高,PAl-l活性明显降低.t-PA与PAl-l比值显著升高.结论:卡托普利可以促进纤溶系统的功能.
Objective: To observe the effect of captopril on plasma t-PA and PAI-1 activity in rabbits.Methods: Eleven New Zealand white rabbits were given captopril 0.5mg / kg, ig. The plasma t-PA and PAI-l activities were measured by chromogenic substrate colorimetric assay.Results: The plasma t-PA activity was significantly increased and the activity of PAI-1 was significantly decreased after 2 hours of captopril treatment.t- PA and PAl-l ratio was significantly increased.Conclusion: Captopril can promote fibrinolytic system function.
