长江三角洲具有丰富的海涂、生物、深水岸线、能源及旅游等资源,本研究提出、在对长江三角洲进行开发利用时,应以系统观和动态观作为基本指导思想,进行可持续利用、具体包括各种资源共同开发利用,经济、社会与生态效益综合考虑,区域之间协调合作,以及掌握动力地貌演变规律,充分考虑海平面上升的影响.
The Yangtze River Delta is rich in resources such as tidal flats, biology, deepwater coastline, energy and tourism. The study suggests that in the development and utilization of the Yangtze River Delta, systematic and dynamic concept should be taken as the basic guiding ideology for sustainable utilization. Specific Including the joint development and utilization of various resources, the comprehensive consideration of economic, social and ecological benefits, the coordination and cooperation among different regions and the evolution of dynamic geomorphology, taking fully into account the impact of sea level rise.
