本文叙述了应用 MTS 电液伺服试验机和高频疲劳试验机测定45SiMnV热轧钢筋材料的 S—N 曲线和25MnSi 热轧钢筋在固定应力范围上的寿命分布,通过分析求得钢筋50%和95%存活率的 S—N 曲线,在进行有关变幅疲劳的累积损伤试验的基础上,验证了 Miner 论对热轧钢筋的适用性。分析了钢筋材料的循环应力应变曲线及其非线性弹性行为。结论有助于钢筋混凝土结构的疲劳设计,可靠性分析和寿命估算等。
This paper describes the use of MTS electro-hydraulic servo testing machine and high-frequency fatigue testing machine 45SiMnV hot-rolled steel S-N curve and 25MnSi hot-rolled steel in the fixed stress range of life distribution obtained by analysis of 50% and 95 % Survival rate of the S-N curve, cumulative fatigue test on the basis of fatigue, based on the verification of Miner theory of hot-rolled steel applicability. The cyclic stress-strain curves and their nonlinear elastic behaviors of reinforced materials were analyzed. Conclusion is helpful to the fatigue design, reliability analysis and life estimation of reinforced concrete structures.
