本文结合上海市外高桥电厂的建设,对六种不同的钢管与混凝土承台连接方式的八个试件进行试验研究;通过试验研究.得到了不同的连接方式对试件的混凝土承台抗裂强度和劈裂强度等的影响。综合考虑安全、经济和施工便利等因素,本文提出外高桥电厂建设可以采用弧形盖、薄平盖加肋和厚平盖等三种连接方式,其中弧形盖最优。
In this paper, combining with the construction of Waigaoqiao Power Plant in Shanghai, eight test pieces of six different types of connection between steel pipe and concrete cap are tested and tested. The influence of different connection methods on the crack resistance and splitting strength of the concrete cap of the specimen was obtained. Considering factors such as safety, economy, and construction convenience, this paper proposes that the construction of Waigaoqiao Power Plant can adopt three connection methods: arc cover, thin flat cover plus rib and thick flat cover, among which the arc cover is optimal.
