采用药芯焊丝埋弧堆焊方法,在Q235钢基体上堆焊含铬和不含铬的Fe-C-V-B合金,借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等手段,结合耐磨性和磨损形貌分析,研究了铬元素对其性能的影响。结果表明,一定的铬含量可以增强Fe-C-V-B堆焊合金的耐腐蚀性,提高硬质相颗粒和基体之间的结合强度,从而显著改善其在潮湿环境下的耐磨性。
