川奇钢厂已经研究出了一种新的烧结能源控制系统(SECOS),它能快速检测烧结过程的热平衡并控制其在合适的范围内,这套系统已应用在千叶厂的第三和第四烧结厂。该系统有两个基本参数:一个是在台车上被燃烧的烧结混合料中碳的数量(RC),通过检测废气量和废气成份并根据碳平衡原理进行计算得到此参数值;另一个是烧结机尾烧结饼横断面的热区比(HZR),借助一台ITV监控器进行测量。这套能源控制系统利用以上两个参数完成所有的热平衡计算,并通过调节烧结混合料中的焦粉量使烧结过程的热平衡控制在合适的范围内,该系统有助于减少烧结产量和质量的波动。
Chuanqi Iron and Steel has developed a new sintered energy control system (SECOS), which can quickly detect the heat balance of the sintering process and control it in the appropriate range, the system has been applied at the Chiba Plant’s third and Fourth sintering plant. The system has two basic parameters: one is the amount of carbon (RC) in the sinter mix fired on the trolley, which is calculated by detecting the amount of exhaust gas and the composition of the exhaust gas and calculating according to the principle of carbon balance; the other is The hot zone ratio (HZR) of the sinter tail cake cross section was measured with an ITV monitor. The energy control system takes advantage of the above two parameters to complete all thermal balance calculations and controls the thermal balance of the sintering process within a suitable range by adjusting the amount of coke in the sinter mix which helps to reduce the yield and quality of the sintering fluctuation.
