各位来宾、朋友们、同志们:上午好!非常高兴出席这次全国有色金属矿业大会暨2012年有色金属矿业高层论坛,就有色金属矿业可持续发展问题与来自海内外的朋友们进行交流。首先我预祝会议取得圆满成功。矿业是有色金属工业的基础,也是提高产业运行质量和效益的基本保障,在产业发展中占举足轻重地位。为了实现建设有色金属工业强国的奋斗目标,必须在发展中把矿业放在突出位置,才能夯实发展的基础。中国有色金属工业协会以在全国率先实现国家《找矿突破战略行动纲要》提出的各项目标为宗旨,召开这次全国有色金属矿业大会是十分必要的。下面,我补充几点意见,供参考。一、建设有色金属工业强国,矿业是基础。进入新世纪以来,受国内需求增长拉动,我国有色金属工业实现了跨越式发展,总量规模跃居世界第一。2011年,全国十种有色金属产量达到3438万吨,占当年全球产量的三分之一以上,是名副其实的有色金属生产和消费大国。但是,当前中国还不是世界有
Ladies and Gentlemen, Comrades, Good morning! It’s great to attend this national non-ferrous metal mining conference and the 2012 non-ferrous metal mining high-level forum to exchange views with friends from home and abroad on the sustainable development of non-ferrous metal mining industry. First of all, I wish the meeting a complete success. Mining is the foundation of non-ferrous metal industry, as well as the basic guarantee to improve the quality and efficiency of industrial operation. It occupies a pivotal position in the development of the industry. In order to achieve the goal of building a strong non-ferrous metal industry, we must place mining in a prominent position in the development so as to lay a solid foundation for development. China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association in order to take the lead in the country to achieve the goal of “prospecting breakthrough strategy framework” for the purpose of the convening of the national non-ferrous metal mining conference is very necessary. Now, let me add a few comments for reference. First, the construction of non-ferrous metal industrial power, mining is the foundation. Since entering the new century, driven by the growth of domestic demand, China’s non-ferrous metal industry has achieved leapfrog development with the total scale ranking first in the world. In 2011, the output of ten kinds of non-ferrous metals in the country reached 34.38 million tons, accounting for more than one third of the global output of the year and is a veritable big producer and consumer of non-ferrous metals. However, China is not the world at the moment
