目的 介绍蛋白质和多肽类药物的聚乙二醇结合物研究的最新进展。方法 根据近几年的文献资料对蛋白质和多肽类药物的聚乙二醇修饰方面的研究进行综述。结果 聚乙二醇修饰的蛋白质和多肽类药物可增加药物的溶解度和稳定性 ,减弱或消除免疫原性、抗原性和毒性 ,改善药物的体内药动学性质 ,增加药物的体内半衰期 ,增加治疗指数等。结论 蛋白质类和多肽类药物的聚乙二醇结合物是很有前途的蛋白质和多肽类药物的新型给药系统
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the recent advances in the study of polyethylene glycol conjugates of proteins and peptides. Methods According to the literature in recent years, the research on modification of polyethylene glycol of protein and peptide drugs are reviewed. Results Polyethylene glycol-modified proteins and peptides can increase drug solubility and stability, reduce or eliminate immunogenicity, antigenicity and toxicity, improve pharmacokinetic properties in vivo, increase in vivo half-life of drugs, increase treatment Index and so on. Conclusions Polyethylene glycol conjugates of proteins and peptides are promising new delivery systems for proteins and peptides
