2015年下半年,北京义联劳动法援助与研究中心(以下简称“义联”)在北京地区开展调研,对北京某大学建筑工地宿舍的90名建筑工人进行了问卷调查,研究分析了义联代理的建筑业工伤的典型案例,以及中国裁判文书网(最高人民法院主办)在2015年刊登的137个与建筑工伤相关的案例,并对行业内的企业从业人员、行政机关管理人员等进行访谈。2016年5月,义联完成了这项调研报告。
