最近无论在国内(苏联)还是国外,发表了一系列有关对半导体三极管稳压器分析的论文[文献1-3]。但是,这些论文未能完全反映出稳压器工作的物理方面,而影响稳压器输出电压的因素也阐述得不够清晰。在本文中,作者的任务就是弥补上述的缺陷,目的是为了减少在设计类似稳压器中所产生的各种困难。在静态工作下,稳压器的质量是根据对输入电压(电网)的稳定系数
Recently, both in the domestic (Soviet) and abroad, published a series of papers on the analysis of semiconductor transistor regulators [1-3]. However, these papers do not fully reflect the physical aspects of the regulator’s work, and the factors that affect the regulator’s output voltage are not well defined. In this paper, the author’s task is to make up for the above shortcomings, the purpose is to reduce the difficulties in the design of similar voltage regulator.
