WJ87776 计算机控制加速渗碳工艺过程—— 《Heat Treating》,1986,V18,No9,34~35(英) 美国Air Products公司与Marathon Mo-nitors公司共同研制开发了已获得专利的快速渗碳工艺(缩写ACP)的计算机控制系统,软件是由已有的碳扩散分析的软件扩展而来的。实际使用结果表明,该计算机控制系统及其软件有助于缩短工艺周期,提高处理质量,并提高渗碳生产率。文章简介了ACP工艺的理论,分析了系统主要控制的碳分布曲线和有效渗碳层深,并给出了在H_2及CO各占一半的气氛中渗碳曲线以及控制系统方块图。数据表明,渗碳层深偏差可控制在±0.05mm之内,而渗碳时间可比非计算机控制情况缩短一半。图4,表2。

Practical results show that the computerized control system and its software help reduce process cycles, improve process quality and increase carburization productivity. In this paper, the theory of ACP process is briefly introduced. The carbon distribution curve and effective depth of carburized layer, which are controlled by the system, are analyzed. The carburizing curves and the block diagram of the control system are given in the atmosphere of H_2 and CO. The data show that the deep deviations of the carburized layer can be controlled within ± 0.05mm, while the carburizing time can be reduced by half compared to non-computer controlled conditions.
