  二、四大必备写作模板
  说明文
  1.写作误区
  (1)写作顺序混乱。由于书面表达的层次和条理不清,不能反映事物本身的逻辑顺序。
  (2)人称时态错误。有的考生分不清说明文和记叙文,在写说明文时,使用第一人称和一般过去时。
  (3)没有抓住事物的特征。说明文要把说明的对象说清楚,如果没有抓住事物的特征,就是没有揭示其本质。
  2.应对策略
  (1)合理安排好说明顺序。对于实体事物的建造过程、产品的生产过程、事物的演变过程等,往往按时间顺序来说明;对于实体事物的形状、构造,应按空间顺序来说明;介绍事物的性质、种类、功能和阐述事物的含义、原理、特点等,应按逻辑顺序来说明。
  (2)把握好时态。写说明文时通常采用一般现在时态,用于强调客观事实。当然,如果说明的是人物、事物过去或将来的情况,则要用过去或将来的有关时态。
  (3)要仔细观察,抓住事物的特征。说明事物,不仅要抓住其外部形态特征,更重要的是要抓住其本质特征,因为本质特征是区别于其他事物的标志。
  3. 常用句式
  (1)It has increased by three times as compared with that of... 与某年相比,已经增长了三倍。
  (2)There is an increase of 20% in total this year. 今年总数增长了20%。
  (3)The table shows a three times increase over that of last year. 表格表明比去年增长了三倍。
  (4)The price was reduced by 18 percent. 价格降低了18%。

  议论文
  1. 写作误区
  (1)没有阐述理由的观点。只是对自己将要论述的话题做一个表述,即完全没有表现出作者的观点和态度。
  (2)论据过于宽泛。考生经常出现的问题是在写作的过程中列举一些很宽泛的论据,没有把理由说透。
  (3)没有理顺要点。有些试题的要点并不是完全按逻辑顺序给出的,如果没有理顺要点,没有确定表达的先后顺序,那么表达就会混乱,层次就会不清楚。
  2.应对策略
  (1)确定论点。论点通常在文章的第一段提出。
  (2)论据要充分。欲证明自己的观点,必须要有充分的论据,可以通过列举事实、展示数据、提供事例、借助常识或利用亲身经历来说明。
  (3)层次要清楚。层次是文章内容安排的秩序,是思维条理性的要求,也是文章内容清晰表达的需要。作文的层次有很多种,如并列式、递进式、对比式等,考生可以采取一种适合自己的方法来写作。
  3. 常用句式
  (1)There was a discussion on how to do...which was held yesterday/last week. 昨天/上星期举行了一场关于某方面的讨论会。
  (2)Some of...think that...because...while the others have quite different views. In their opinion...一些人认为……因为……然而另一些人持不同的意见。在他们看来……
  (3)For one thing... For another... Besides ... 一方面……另一方面……而且……

  記叙文
  1. 写作误区
  (1)逻辑错误。在写作的过程中,有的考生在写之前没有构思好先写什么,后写什么,而是一边写,一边构思,从而导致整篇文章逻辑不清,层次感不强,甚至不知所云。
  (2)时态误用。在写作之前没有判断好整篇文章主要用哪种时态,所以出现很多时态错用的情况。
  (3)缺少衔接。由于句子之间没有添加适当的衔接成分,句子和段落之间缺乏必要的过渡和连贯,影响了信息的传递和表达效果。
  2.应对策略
  (1)注意叙述的内容。一篇记叙文应注意交代清楚事情的始末及细节,即何时、何地、何事、何人及何因(when, where, what, who, why/how),做到有条有理,使读者易于明白。
  (2)使用恰当的时态。通常事件发生的时间是确定时态的关键。表过去的事件和行为,通常用一般过去时,兼用别的过去时态,必要时也用现在时态;叙述经常性的事情时,以一般现在时为主。总之,下笔前一定要统观全局,确定好时态。
  (3)添加过渡词。写作过程中,如果使用一些过渡性词语,可以使整篇书面表达行文流畅,层次分明,增强书面表达的逻辑性。
  3. 常用句式
  (1)Somebody was doing...when...某人正在干……这时……
  I was taking a walk by the lake when I saw a man fall off the bicycle. 我正在湖边散步,这时看见一个人从自行车上摔了下来。
  (2)Seeing this/Hearing this ... 一看见/一听见这种情况……
  On seeing this/On hearing this, I ran over to him as soon as possible. 一看见/一听见这种情况,我就立即朝他跑了过去。
  (3)Someone was about to do... when... 某人正要干……这时……
  We were about to set out/off/leave, when it began to rain. 我们正要出发,这时天下起雨来了。
  (4)Somebody had just done... when... 某人刚刚干了某事,这时……
  I had just lain down when the telephone rang. 我刚刚躺下,这时电话铃响了。
  (5)Without hesitation/Without a word, we decided to do... 毫不犹豫/二话没说,我们决定……   Without hesitation, we offered them our help. 毫不犹豫,我们给他们提供帮助。
  (6)Hardly had somebody done... when...某人一……就……
  Hardly had we got to the farm when we started to help the farmers. 我们一到农场,就帮助农民干活。
  (7) What surprised/attracted/delighted us most was that... 最使我们吃惊/最吸引我们/最使我们高兴的是……
  What attracted us most was that the water there was so clear. 最吸引我们的是那儿清澈的水。

  4. 写作模板

  应用文
  1. 写作误区
  (1)格式错误。常考的应用文是书信,英文书信的格式比较固定,但许多考生在表达时不符合英文的习惯。
  (2)语篇错误。按照中文的思维方式进行谋篇布局,段落之间的连贯性不足,有的考生很少运用连接词,段落与段落之间没有合理的衔接。
  (3)语法错误。由于考生的语法知识薄弱,写出的句子结构混乱,乱堆砌句子,词不达意,不知所云。
  2.应对策略
  (1)要注意应用文的基本格式。熟练掌握不同的英语应用文格式,如通知书一般包括标题、正文、落款三个部分,求职信要写明招聘消息的来源、应聘岗位、个人经历、希望与祝福语等。
  (2)合理谋篇布局。书面表达要按照英语的语法规则进行谋篇布局,在行文时经常运用衔接手段能使文章上下连贯、结构合理。
  (3)学好语法知识。在平时的英语学习中,考生应该系统地掌握重点的语法知识,在头脑中形成一个完整的语法框架,这样才能写出符合语法规则的句子。
