The optimal balance between quality education and professional learning of college students is a sensitive and crucial issue for the teaching of colleges and universities. The talents trained by colleges and universities in the new era should have both high level of science and technology and high humanistic attainments. Through the investigation and study of the current situation of foreign language majors’ professional learning, it is very important to seek the best combination of quality education and professional class learning for foreign language majors in colleges and universities.
