企业文化是企业成功的关键因素。民营企业文化建设相对滞后,要想实现长期的发展并在激烈的市场竞争中夺得一席之地,必须尽快建立一套符合国情与企业实际的文化体系。基于此,需要就民营企业文化建设存在的问题及路径选择进行分析。
Corporate culture is the key to business success. In order to achieve long-term development and gain a foothold in the fierce market competition, the culture of private enterprise lags behind and must establish a cultural system that meets the actual conditions of the country and the enterprise as soon as possible. Based on this, we need to analyze the problems existing in the cultural construction of private enterprises and the path choices.
