目的:观察升血灵Ⅰ号冲剂防治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗后骨髓抑制的疗效。方法:将符合条件的46例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用GP、NP、DP方案化疗,并配合口服升血灵Ⅰ号冲剂,对照组单纯应用GP、NP、DP方案化疗,观察两组患者化疗完成率、粒细胞集落刺激因子使用率、化疗后白细胞和中性粒细胞变化及骨髓抑制情况。结果:治疗组粒细胞集落刺激因子使用率为17.4%(4/23),明显低于对照组47.8%(11/23),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。2个疗程化疗后治疗组白细胞和中性粒细胞的数值明显高于对照组,治疗组出现骨髓抑制的人数明显少于对照组,Ⅰ和Ⅱ度骨髓抑制的人数也明显少于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:升血灵Ⅰ号冲剂能明显减轻化疗后白细胞及中性粒细胞的下降程度,减少化疗时粒系集落刺激因子的使用率,在减轻非小细胞肺癌化疗后骨髓抑制方面疗效显著,值得在临床上推广。 Objective: To observe the effect of Shengxueling I Granule in preventing and treating myelosuppression after chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
