为了完善对电液控综采作业面电液控阀的测试方法,对一种通过三维运动仿真进行检验技术的方法进行了探讨。在商业三维软件中实现了支架作业面的建立,通过电液控阀对虚拟作业面的控制实现针对电液控阀的检验,同时,引入了2组随机数模拟液压系统的线性偏差和非线性偏差项。此方法在避免了实物检验的高成本基础上,保留了实物检验的直观性,针对电液控系统的检验提出了一种新的思路。
