针对目前深基坑大型钢管支撑的轴力控制装置自动化程度较低、存在安全隐患等问题,利用“机电液一体化”技术,研发设计了2种齿式锁定机构的安全装置并进行了优缺点对比分析。实践证明:齿式锁定机构克服了常规螺纹式自锁装置操作繁琐、安全性低等缺点,不仅提高了整个钢管支撑体系的安全性能,而且降低了工人的工作量和劳动强度,值得推广应用。
In view of the low degree of automation and the potential safety problems of the axial force control devices for the large-diameter steel pipe support of the deep foundation pit, two safety devices with tooth locking mechanism were developed and designed by using “electro-mechanical and hydraulic integration” technology Comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages. Practice has proved that the gear locking mechanism overcomes the shortcomings of conventional threaded self-locking device such as cumbersome operation and low safety, which not only improves the safety performance of the entire steel pipe support system but also reduces the workload and labor intensity of workers and is worth popularizing and applying.
