农村中学教师职业倦怠不同程度影响了教师的身心健康,影响了教学质量,应该从社会支持、学校关注、家长理解、教师本人努力等方面构建农村中学教师职业倦怠预防体系。
The occupational burnout of rural middle school teachers affects the physical and mental health of teachers in varying degrees and affects the quality of teaching. The prevention system of occupational burnout in rural middle school teachers should be constructed from the aspects of social support, school attention, parents ’understanding and teachers’ own efforts.
