对中职酒店专业顶岗实习效果的影响因素探究

对于培养技能应用型人才的中职学校,顶岗实习是其培养方案中的重要组成部分,顶岗实习的效果直接关系到中职学生能否将在校学习的知识与技能转换成适用岗位的职业能力,更是学生毕业后能否成功就业的关键环节。笔者近年来作为顶岗实习的指导老师,通过对不同专业学生在不同岗位实习情况的巡查和了解,逐步发现和掌握了一些存在于顶岗实习中的问题及影响实习效果的因素,本文以酒店专业学生为例,通过对实习现状与问题的调查、归纳和分析,提出了相应的解决对策,其目的在于以此来探索中职酒店专业实习管理中的内在规律,以便更好的提升顶岗实习效果。 For the training of skilled personnel in vocational schools, job internships is an important part of their training programs, internship internship effect is directly related to the ability of secondary vocational students can learn in school knowledge and skills into occupational skills for the job , But also the key to the successful employment of graduates after graduation.
