目的探讨肾移植术后移植肾失功再移植的护理方法及效果。方法选取2011年4月~2016年4月在我院行肾再移植的9例患者,回顾分析其临床护理资料。结果 再移植成功为7例,其中3例人/肾存活1年,1例3年,3例4年;另外2例由于在肾移植过程中出现排斥反应加速状况,故切除移植肾,造成严重肺部感染而死亡。结论针对肾再移植患者,对其实施完善而又正确的护理干预,乃是其成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the nursing methods and effects of transplanted renal failure and transplantation after renal transplantation. Methods Nine patients with renal retransplantation in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2016 were retrospectively analyzed for their clinical nursing data. Results The successful replantation was 7 cases, of which 3 cases of human / kidney survived for 1 year, 1 case 3 years, 3 cases 4 years; the other 2 cases due to renal allograft rejection reaction accelerated state, so the removal of kidney transplant, resulting in serious Pulmonary infection and death. Conclusions For patients with renal allografts, the perfect and correct nursing intervention is the key to their success.
