目的探讨服用氢氯噻嗪后的肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(R AAS)激活对血糖水平变化是否有预测作用。方法选择了119例原发性高血压患者,给予氢氯噻嗪,分析服药6周时RAAS活性变化与服药1年后血糖水平之间的关系。结果校正其他可能影响血糖水平变化的因素后,没有观察到服药6周时RAAS变化与1年后血糖水平变化之间存在相关性。结论原发性高血压患者服用氢氯噻嗪(12.5mg,1/d)6周后RAAS活性激活,1年后的血糖水平并未升高,二者之间的变化不存在相关性。尚不能根据服用氢氯噻嗪6周时的RAAS活性变化预测1年后的血糖水平,小剂量氢氯噻嗪对血糖未发生影响。
Objective To investigate whether the activation of renin - angiotensin - aldosterone system (RASA) after hydrochlorothiazide administration can predict the change of blood glucose level. Methods A total of 119 patients with essential hypertension were enrolled in this study. Hydrochlorothiazide was given to study the relationship between the change of RAAS activity and the level of blood glucose one year after taking the drug. Results Correcting for other factors that may affect blood glucose levels did not show a correlation between changes in RAAS and changes in blood glucose levels at 1 year after 6 weeks of treatment. Conclusions RAAS activity is activated in patients with essential hypertension after taking hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg, 1 / d) for 6 weeks, but the blood glucose level does not increase after one year. There is no correlation between them. Blood glucose levels can not be predicted at one year after taking hydrochlorothiazide at 6 weeks, and low-dose hydrochlorothiazide has no effect on blood glucose.
