本文讨论了弹性和塑性变形对金属表面衍射谱的不同影响,根据激光衍射谱的变化测量金属塑性变形的表面光反射率方法,对45~#钢材进行了测量,结果表明这种测试方法是可行的。同时测得了金属弹塑性变形与谱面衍射光强、逸出光强的关系曲线;对比了不同光路布置后提出了最佳方案;发现光强比与对数应变曲线的拐点可作为材料是否发生塑性变形的判据。
This paper discusses the different effects of elastic and plastic deformation on the diffraction spectrum of metal surface. According to the change of laser diffraction spectrum, the surface light reflectance of metal plastic deformation is measured and the 45 ~ # steel is measured. The results show that this method is feasible . At the same time, the relationship curve between metal elastic deformation and spectrum diffracted light intensity and escaping light intensity was measured. The best scheme was proposed after different light paths were arranged. It was found that the inflection point between light intensity ratio and logarithmic strain curve could be used as material Criterion of plastic deformation.
