当今社会已经步入“风险社会”。自20世纪80年代迄今,风险沟通研究发展已经走过30余年。本文通过对文献资料的回顾分析,从不同的学科视角、研究方法,发现并总结出风险沟通效果研究的几种路径:传播学视角,偏重研究媒体呈现与沟通效果之间的关系;管理学视角,侧重研究风险评估模型以及风险管理措施和风险沟通效果之问的关系;公共关系、语义学视角,研究危机主体的策略、应对形式等与风险沟通效果之间的关系;心理学视角,研究风险认知与风险效果之间的关系;话语分析则可能为风险沟通效果研究提供一种新的研究方法和思路。
Today’s society has entered the “risk society.” Since the 1980s so far, the research and development of risk communication has gone through more than 30 years. Based on the review of the literature and the research methods from different disciplinary perspectives, this paper finds and summarizes several ways to study the effect of risk communication: communication perspective, emphasis on the relationship between media presentation and communication effect; management perspective , Focusing on the study of risk assessment model and the relationship between risk management measures and risk communication effects; public relations, semantics perspective, the study of the crisis of the main strategy to deal with the relationship between the form and the risk communication effect; psychology perspective, research risk The relationship between cognition and risk effect; discourse analysis may provide a new research method and train of thought for the study of risk communication effect.
