目的探讨采用马铃薯冰片冰敷的方法对翼状胬肉切除术患者康复的效果。方法将60例120眼翼状胬肉患者自身对照法,即第一术眼为对照组,第二术眼为观察组。对照组采用常规的护理方法。观察组于术后即给予马铃薯冰片冰敷3 h,每天连续更换3次,连续3 d。观察对比两组术眼疼痛、并发症的发生率等情况的评估。结果观察组术眼相关情况明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论冰片马铃薯适时的冰敷能明显减轻术后相关症状,有效地促进康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of using ice-cured potato flakes on the rehabilitation of patients with pterygium excision. Methods Sixty eyes of 120 eyes with pterygium were selected as the control group. The first eye was the control group and the second eye was the observation group. Control group using conventional care methods. The observation group was given ice ice-coated potato 3 h postoperatively, 3 times a day continuously for 3 days. Observation and comparison of two groups of eye pain, the incidence of complications such as assessment. Results The observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The timely ice application of borneol can significantly reduce postoperative symptoms and promote rehabilitation.
