面神经瘫痪在中老年人群中多发,面神经减压可以有效减少损伤、加快痊愈。但是由于面神经所处位置结构复杂、且面神经个体差异较大,所以,虽然面神经减压术很常用,但手术入路的设计还是不尽人意。尤其是对垂直段的减压术,术中需要磨除乳突,导致患者愈合慢、术后还需乳突重建等,得不偿失。本研究拟通过探讨中老年面神经解剖位置,提出新的可行的手
Facial paralysis in the elderly in multiple, facial nerve decompression can effectively reduce the injury and speed recovery.
