以太阳能热发电跟踪系统为应用目的,设计了基于ARM的μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式实时控制系统,通过控制步进电机的垂直双轴动作实现了对太阳的准确的主动式跟踪,最终提高发电效率。在分析LPC2290和μC/OS-II性能特点的基础上,给出了系统硬件结构、步进电机运动控制策略、软件实现方案。
In order to apply for the purpose of solar thermal power generation tracking system, the μC / OS-Ⅱ embedded real-time control system based on ARM is designed to realize the accurate active tracking of the sun by controlling the vertical biaxial operation of the stepper motor and finally increase the power generation effectiveness. Based on the analysis of the performance characteristics of LPC2290 and μC / OS-II, the hardware structure of the system, the motion control strategy of stepping motor and the software implementation are given.
