目的 通过复制 N2 O4爆炸致冲毒复合伤模型 ,研究山莨菪碱联用地塞米松对实验动物血气的影响。 方法 采用健康雄性 Wistar大鼠 2 2 4只 ,随机分组 :1模型组 :冲击伤加 N2 O4染毒复合致伤 ;2山莨菪碱组 :伤后即刻、伤后 15 min、伤后 2 h分别腹腔注射山莨菪碱 3mg/ kg,共 3次 ;3地塞米松组 :伤后即刻、15 m in、2 h分别腹腔注射地塞米松 10 mg/ kg,共 3次。4山莨菪碱联用地塞米松组 :伤后分 3次注射山莨菪碱 3mg/ kg及地塞米松 10 mg/ kg。 结果 模型组血氧分压明显下降 ,二氧化碳分压上升 ,血红蛋白氧合能力下降 ,组织氧供下降 ,血液酸化明显。早期腹腔注射山莨菪碱或地塞米松对四氧化二氮冲毒复合伤动物血气变化有一定的抑制作用。而两者联合应用对血气变化有显著的逆转作用。 结论 联合应用山莨菪碱和地塞米松对四氧化二氮冲毒复合伤的治疗有效
Objective To study the effects of anisodamine combined with dexamethasone on blood gas of experimental animals by replicating the model of N2 O4 explosion caused by the combined detoxification. Methods Two hundred and twenty-four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: model group: impact injury plus N2 O4 combined injury; 2 anisodamine group: immediately after injury, 15 min after injury and 2 h after injury Anisodamine 3mg / kg was injected intraperitoneally for 3 times. 3 Dexamethasone group: Dexamethasone 10 mg / kg was injected intraperitoneally 15 min and 2 h immediately after injury for 3 times. 4 Anisodamine combined with dexamethasone group: three times after injection, anisodamine 3mg / kg and dexamethasone 10 mg / kg. Results In the model group, the partial pressure of oxygen decreased significantly, the partial pressure of carbon dioxide increased, the hemoglobin oxygen capacity decreased, the oxygen supply decreased, and the blood acidified obviously. Early intraperitoneal injection of anisodamine or dexamethasone had a certain inhibitory effect on the changes of blood gas in the animals with compound nitric oxide poisoning. The combination of the two has a significant reversal of blood gas changes. Conclusions Combination of anisodamine and dexamethasone can effectively treat the combination injury of nitrous oxide
