目的:对麦冬花进行化学成分研究。方法:采用硅胶、聚酰胺和Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从麦冬花中分离得到了11个化合物,经鉴定分别为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、薯蓣皂苷元(Ⅱ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)、麦冬皂苷C′(Ⅳ)、薯蓣皂苷(Ⅴ)、5,7-二羟基-6-甲基-3-(4′-羟基苄基)-4-色满酮(Ⅵ)、木犀草素(Ⅶ)、山柰素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)、山柰素-3-O-(6″-O-巴豆酰)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)、山柰素-3-O-(6″-乙酰基)--βD-葡萄糖苷(Ⅹ)和葡萄糖(Ⅺ)。结论:以上11个化合物均为首次从麦冬花中分离得到,化合物Ⅵ为首次从麦冬中得到的单体化合物,化合物Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ和Ⅹ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Ophiopogon japonicus. Methods: Silica gel, polyamide and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from Ophiopogon japonicus and identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), diosgenin (Ⅱ), daucosterol (Ⅲ), Ophiopogon japonicus C ’(Ⅳ) (Ⅴ), 5,7-dihydroxy-6-methyl-3- (4’-hydroxybenzyl) -4-chromanone (Ⅵ), luteolin (Ⅶ) O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅷ), behen-3-O- (6 “-O-crotonyl) ”-acetyl) -? D-glucoside (X) and glucose (XI). CONCLUSION: The above 11 compounds were isolated from Ophiopogon japonicus for the first time. Compound Ⅵ was the first compound obtained from Ophiopogon japonicus. Compounds Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ and Ⅹ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
