通过7根配置600MPa级高强钢筋的无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁受弯试验,分析了试验梁的受力特征和裂缝发展规律,并利用ANSYS有限元软件对其挠度、开裂荷载、极限荷载和钢绞线应力增量进行模拟分析。研究结果表明:配置高强钢筋的无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁受力性能良好;非线性有限元模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,该方法能够有效地模拟配置高强钢筋的无粘结部分预应力混凝土梁的受力过程。
Through the bending test of seven unbonded partially prestressed concrete beams with 600MPa high strength steel bars, the force characteristics and the crack growth rules of the test beam were analyzed. The deflection, cracking load, ultimate load and Strand stress increment simulation analysis. The results show that the unbonded partially prestressed concrete beams with high strength tendons have good mechanical properties. The nonlinear finite element simulation results agree well with the experimental ones.
