近几年,我国多地的高速公路呈现蓬勃发展的态势,并且各方人士均对交通安全设施的质量日益重视,在过程中聘请第三方检测单位进行监督检测。针对高速公路上的护栏目前普遍采用的波形梁钢护栏的损耗、以及采用何种防腐形式,得到了更多关注,对于普遍采用的镀锌防腐,不同国家也有着不同的标准,各有优劣。本文通过在多条高速公路交安过程检测中积累的经验基础上,对钢护栏镀锌防腐层检测做一探讨,如何做到既能有效减少钢材锈蚀,又能不造成资源浪费,并在此基础上对现行行业标准进行建议,保证公路交通安全设施的耐久性和实用性。
In recent years, the expressways in many areas in our country have shown a vigorous development trend. People from all walks of life attach increasing importance to the quality of traffic safety facilities and employ third-party testing units for supervision and inspection in the process. For the highway guardrail now commonly used wave beam steel guardrail loss, as well as the use of which forms of corrosion, get more attention to the commonly used galvanized anti-corrosion, different countries also have different standards, each has its own advantages and disadvantages . Based on the experience accumulated in the testing of multiple freeway traffic safety tests, this paper discusses how to detect galvanized coating of steel guard rails. How to reduce the corrosion of steel products and avoid the waste of resources? Based on the current industry standards to make recommendations to ensure the durability and practicality of road traffic safety facilities.
