在直列泵的大量生产中,严格控制出油阀紧帽的拧紧力矩极为重要。在AD泵(AW泵)的生产和使用中遇到,当该力矩达到正常数值时,有许多喷油泵会引起柱塞卡死的现象。本文介绍了对影响柱塞卡死的各种因素进行的试验,最后用改变柱塞套肩胛面作用力分布的方法加以解决,并已实际用于大量生产,大大提高了AD(AW)泵和A型泵的装配合格率,从而解决了该泵在使用中影响可靠性的一个存在已久的问题。
In the mass production of inline pumps, it is extremely important to strictly control the tightening torque of the oil tight cap. In the production and use of the AD pump (AW pump), when the torque reaches a normal value, there are many fuel injection pump will cause the plunger stuck. In this paper, experiments on the various factors affecting the plunger jamming are introduced. Finally, the method of changing the force distribution on the shoulder blades of the plunger sleeve is adopted and has been practically used in mass production. The AD (AW) pump and A-type pump assembly pass rate, thus solving the pump in use affect the reliability of a long-standing problem.
